Screening compounds are in the main focus of Enamine production activity. Key products of Enamine also include building blocks, targeted libraries and focused libraries. We provide fully integrated smart chemistry solutions for drug design and development: custom synthesis, contract research, lead generation and optimization programs.
SCREENING COMPOUNDS
Screening collection of Enamine consists of more than 900,000 low molecular weight organic compounds. It proved to be a valuable source of exclusive drug-like compounds. They have been produced by application of original synthetic techniques developed by Enamine. We offer prompt resupply and resynthesis of compounds from our collection.
By application of drug-like and structural filters (Lipinski’s and Veber’s rules, MedChem filters) to our Screening Collection we have developed a Drug-Like library of 600,000 compounds.
Enamine supplies only products of the highest quality. Enamine carries out total Quality Control by LC/MS and NMR at proprietary facilities.
SCREENING COMPOUNDS FROM REAL DATABASE
REAL DataBase is the pool of chemical structures reflecting major part of chemical space immediately accessible to Enamine via use-proven reactions involving building blocks available from stock. This chemical space is validated by excessive testing of our original procedures under standardized conditions to ensure reliability of results. Currently, 10,000,000 highly feasible structures are offered for synthesis at a very competitive prices. Compounds can be ready for dispatch within 6-8 weeks.
BUILDING BLOCKS
Building blocks design is based on the expertise of Enamine team and its scientific partners in heterocyclic, fluorine, sulfur and other chemistries. Enamine has elaborated a large stock of proprietary building blocks (18,000 items). Purity of over 95% is standard, spectral data and certificates of analysis along with MSDS are available upon request. Utilisation of building blocks as stating materials in the in-house production has resulted in high percentage of unique derivatives of these compounds in our Screening Collection.
CUSTOM SYNTHESIS
Custom synthesis belongs to one of the prioritized directions of Enamine development. Our well-equipped laboratories, highly qualified personnel and vast scientific background enable us to challenge different custom synthesis tasks in mg/g/kg scale.
Custom Synthesis programs can be developed either on ‘project-by-project’ or FTE basis.
DISCOVERY CHEMISTRY
