Due to the underlying IBM DB2 SQL database, the system can handle very large data amounts. The system includes connections to commonly-used genotyping/SNP instruments and user interfaces for popular genetic analysis software including quality checks, linkage/QTL, TDT, haplotype and association. Input files for these programs are automatically generated eliminating tedious manual editing.
